We encourage you to make use of the PDF format, as this will retain the original layout. Instructions follow:
Instructions for Viewing, and Printing These Files
These files are stored in the Adobe Acrobat (R) portable document file (PDF) format. This allows you to view and print it intact without having to install a lot of special fonts or heavyweight software. When you click on one of the "PDF File" links, above, if a window pops up giving you the choice of saving the file to disk or opening the file, please select opening the file, and then choose file print. If you get a message indicating that it doesn't know how to open such a file, or that you are missing a program for opening the file, or words to that effect, you probably need to install the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, which is available for free here. You will find complete instructions for installing the Acrobat Reader there, and when you return to this page you should be able to view the application with no further trouble. If you are not given the option to open the file, then do save it on your disk. Remember where you have saved it. You will then have to start up the Adobe Acrobat reader program separately and use its file open menu command to view the file and then choose file print.
